The main objective is to promote an increase in the share of shallow geothermal energy for heating and cooling systems in Central Europe. The advantage of using shallow geothermal energy is represented by the relatively easy availability of a renewable source, which is the current and future trend for key technologies to reduce emissions that influence the air quality and climate.
