The Earth Science Institute of Slovak Academy of Sciences, Faculty of Natural Sciences of Comenius University and Polish Geological Institute – National Research Institute are pleased to announce the 14th International Jurassica Conference held in Bratislava on June 10–14, 2019. The Jurassica Conference will also host regular meeting of the Berriasian Working Group. The conference is open to anybody interested in Jurassic problematics and follows the meeting previously held in Kościelisko (Poland), 2017. Followig the tradition, it will be specifically open to young researchers and students. We aim to provide a scientifically stimulating and socially enjoyable forum to meet and discuss results from all geoscientific specializations concerning with Jurassic period.
Jurassica workshops organized in close cooperation of Polish colleagues with Slovak and Czech partners became an efficient platform to exchange of scientific informations from all geoscientific specializations concerning with Jurassic problematics. We hope that this coooperation will evolve to be more strenght and complex in the future.
