– Determination of rare earth elements in geological materials by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry
– Determination of iodides and bromides in water by ion exchange chromatography
– Determination of macro and trace elements in geological materials by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.
The aim is to develop new analytical procedures for the determination of chemical indicators in different types of matrices using the new instrumentation technique supplied to the ŠGÚDŠ Geoanalytical Laboratories (GAL) funded by EU. Each methodology will be tested by the validation process. By statistical methods, the working characteristics of the method, such as the detection limit, accuracy, preciseness, linearity, concentration range, interference effects and uncertainty, will be valuated.
